Freedom: 261thDay- 12/11/2011

Today is Saturday. Lauren and I went to school around 9am. Today everyone needed to go to school for the Matura presentation, Matura is a German word and I do not know how to translate it :D Sorry!! Every 4th Grader needs to present their graduation project to teachers, friends and family. My friends all seemed very nervous since yesterday :D Today was also the 1st day I started to use my new camera :D

There are at least 4 presentations at a same time. Lauren and I went to 2 presentations about music, 1 about a fashion show, 1 about a cookbook and 1 about the human rights in India. I found that the music presentations were very cool because they composed their own music and they were super relaxing and mellow :D The fashion show amazed me; she did all the designs by herself!! And have you ever see a fashion show in school? With a whole stage and settings!! The student who presented the topic about India is my classmate, Neria :D She purposely went to India to get 1st hand information and she interviewed the ladies in India and collected donations for them!! So altruistic, magnanimous, benevolent, generous, charitable and considerate (new wordss from Lauren :D)! It made me introspective and want to learn from her!

After all the presentations, we went to swim :D Thanks to Lauren for her patience, I finally found my weakness and was able to improve a bit :D After a tiring, exchausted swimming lesson, we went to my host dad's theater.Although we almost could not understand anything, the audience laughed a lot :D I really admire my host dad because he is the director for this 3 hour long play :D He wrote the scripts and planned everything!
